Growing up in the Smiths Station area is where Jennifer first took note of her passion for people and community involvement. Jennifer met her husband, Dan, a budding builder, which, in turn, sparked her interest in real estate. She began her career as a Realtor in 2002. Together, the Kenneficks have focused on the growing community and ever-changing trends to provide customers with the latest home features & designs. 

Jennifer has earned her designation as a Life Member of The Million Dollar Club and has received many additional awards over her 20-year career in real estate. Currently, Jennifer spends her time as a REALTOR focusing on new construction sales. Her approach to real estate allows her the ability to center her clients’ needs to ensure their overall happiness throughout the process.

Jennifer and Dan have two children, Caleb (married to Emily) and Cason. She enjoys sharing her free time with her church family and has found that volunteering her time is another way for her to give back to the community.
